Headlight Restriction Area Position No action is to be taken in the meantime toward the imposition of a special speed limit for motor vehicles in headlight: restriction areas. This advice. Ims been received by the North Island -Motor Union from the Government, and was conveyed to the council of Gie Automobile Association (Wellinglou) by the union.
