Armed And Equipped In Russia LONDON, September 30. The Polish general, M. Anders, stated in Moscow that tlie first Polish division in Russia was already fully armed and equipped. Russia was giving every assistance in bringing _ together and organizing Polish soldiers scattered throughout Russia. “Germany is the common enemy o£ both nations,” he said. “We are fighting to liberate the Fatherland. The army includes Catholics, Jews, and members of the Greek Orthodox Church. The morale and discipline are excellent. An average of 1000 is joining daily. An officers’ school and a tank school have been established.”
