Record entries were received for the New Zealand National Daffodil Society’s annual South Island Show, which opened in Dunedin today. T, Trevena (Dunedin), 3. Australian Daffodil Growers’ Trophy, 12 varieties, Australian-raised daffodils, grown in New Zealand: Alaa Gibson (Marton). . N.Z. Seedling Trophy: G. Lewis 1, W. Balch (Christchurch), 2; J. MDick (Oamaru), 3. Champion of champions and champion incomparabilis: T. Houston (Timant). . ~ ~ Ollier champion blooms: Yellow trumpet, G. Lewis; white trumpet, H. T.
