Great Preparations By Britain Reported (Received September 12, 1.50 a.m.) LONDON, September 11. The* Capetown correspondent of the British United Press says Britain is believed to be preparing to launch in Libya her most powerful offensive of the war. The flow of supplies and reinforcements is stated to have reached a point enabling the British to take advantage of the cooler weather in the Western Desert and Germany’s preoccupation in Russia.
