CANBERRA POLICY
Fadden Speaks Of Move Toward Labour BRISBANE, September 10. Declaring that political stability was most essential, the Prime Alinister, Air. Fadden, told a large gathering that the Government parties were prepared ‘‘to move toward Labour.” He emphasized that the Government could not adopt a high-handed attitude expecting everything, while giving little. ■ Labour, he said, was practically as strong as the combined Government parties, not by accident, but by the people’s will. Evidence of his sincerity toward Labour would be reflected in the Budget.
