Dominion Sheciai '■ekviciWANGANUI, August 31. A commercial traveller from Auckland, Mr. Clarence Walter Smith, aged 37, was found dead in his bed at the Provincial Hotel, Wangmiui, about noon todav. Mr. Smith, who was a married man and lived at Upland Beach, Auckland, was an employee of Mauri bros, and Thomson, Ltd., Auckland. He arrived at Wanganui on Thursday or Friday and was last seen alive on Saturday night before he retired. He presumably died in his sleep.
