Chinese Sends Cheque To Wellington Hospital
A cheque for £2O has been received by the AVellington Hospital Board from a firm of Tasmanian solicitors. Findlay, AVatchorn, Baker and Turner, Hobart, on behalf of Mr. W. Chung Sing, in appreciation of the treatment l:e received in AVellington Hospital 46 years ago. "Tire Chinese never forget kindness, commented the chairman of the staff and house committee, Mrs. Knox Gilmer, when tins was reported to the board at its meeting on Thursday night.
