LONDON, August 28. The Iranian radio early this morning stated:— A new Cabinet hag been formed under Mohammed Ali. Its first act was to give orders for resistance to the Anglo-Soviet forces to cease.
The new Premier announced: "In accordance with the peaceloving wishes of the/Government, I hereby order all .the armed forces to cease resistance and place the onus of bloodshed on the invaders.” The Government then received a unanimous vote of confidence by Parliament.
