Suggestion That They Are Cold And Damp
“Is it a fact that four tenants in the Berhampore State flats - vacated their flats last week on the grounds that they were cold and damp?” said Mr. Broadfoot (Opposition, Waitomo). giving notice of a question addressed to the Minister of Housing. He also asked whether the type of roofing used jn the flats was proving leak-proof.
