WOMEN IN MILITARY CAMPS
Question Of Employment
The question of employing women in military camps in New Zealand had been the subject of a report to the Government, which was now considering it. said the Minister of Defence. Mr Jones, yesterday. He added trial the proposals to employ women in certain tasks involved a great deal of work in connexion with buildings and other items and required careful consideration. The question bad also to be considered of the extent to which men at present employed in ctrmps should be replaced.
