MILITARY FUNERAL
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NELSON, July 29. A full military funeral was accorded today to Sergeant-Major H. L. Frank, M.8.E., whose death occurred suddenly. Sergeant-Major Frank was on the permanent staff for 29 years. At the time of his death lie was attached to the Nelson-Marlborough-West Coast Regiment.
