Russian Hostile Acts LONDON, June 22. German High Command reports allege a series of hostile acts by the Soviet besides air violations of the frontier. The first series of violations by soldiers, it declares, were reported on May 0. A report on May 1.1. alleged big transfers of forces from Asia and (lie Caucasus, including motorized tank divisions.
