decree nisi granted
A decree nisi on the ground of desertion was granted by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), in the Supreme Court yesterday, to Ralph Russell Dumi (Mr. G. E. Rowe, Palmerston North), against Margery Grace Lunn (Mr. R. L. A. Cresswell). Mrs. Lunn had filed, a petition for divorce, alleging constructive desertion, but no evidence in support was offered, and the petition was dismissed. The decree was granted on her husband s petition.
