Cold And Changeable With Occasional Passing Showers Following is the weather report and forecast for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m today:— Winds: South-westerlies prevailing, fresh to strong generally and of gale force at times on the Otago Coast. Seas (New Zealand waters): Rough generally with a considerable south-west-erly swell developing on the east coast. Eastern Tasman Sea: Fresh south-westerly winds and rather rough seas in the northern portion, and strong south-westerlies and rough seas in the sout ern portion. . Weather: Changeable with occasional passing showers in most districts. ±em peratures cold generally, with some snow on the ranges of the South WELLINGTON DISTRICT FORECAST UP TO 6 P.M. TODAY: Moderate to strong south-westerly winds. YVeather cold and changeable with occasions passing showers. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Weather continuing cold and rather changeable.
