Nazi Freighter Sails Again
(Received April 29, 9.35 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, April 28.
The German freighter Lech, which arrived from Germany on March 3 after breaking the blockade, sailed this evening. Captain Brinckmann had asked for a permit to sail at noon tomorrow, but he sailed at 8 p.m., after completing the loading of cotton. Ho also asked the police to capture the two sailors who recently deserted.
SEIZED IN VANCOUVER

(Received April 29, 9.35 p.m.) VANCOUVER, April 28.
The Canadian Government has seized a shipment of 1,506,0001 b. of coffee aboard a freighter which berthed here. The shipment originated in Cristobal, in the Canal Zone, and is believed to have been scheduled for transhipment at San Francisco for Germany, via Japan antf Russia, but the freighter was instructed by radio while at sea to proceed to Vancouver. The origin of the radio instructions is ■>ot disclosed.
