LONDON, April 26.
The Istanbul correspondent of the “Daily Herald” says it is reliably reported that Turkey has refused Germany's offer of Grecian Thrace. [The “Daily Herald” on Thursday said foreign diplomatic circles in Loudon reported that Germany was demanding from Turkey complete military control of the Bosphorus and the Dardanelles, in return for a slice of Grecian Thrace. The Turkish Government. was being pressed for an Immediate reply.] TURKISH-GERMAN BARTER (Received April 27, 11.40 p.m.) ANKARA, April 27. A Turkish-German agreement has been intialled for an exchange of goods to the value of 300,000 Turkish pounds (about £60,000). Turkey will supply tobacco and medical goods.
