A further expansion in earnings is shown in the accounts of Macky, Logan, Caldwell, Limited, for the year ended February 19, the profit for the Period amounting to £21,978, against £19,226 m 1940. Taxes, however, absorb ilb.sbl. against £10,533 a year ago. The directors propose a dividend of 74 per cent, (interim 24 per cent., final a per cent.), against a payment, including bonus, of 7 per cent, in the previous year.
