Good Field In Cup Race REVIEW OF PROSPECTS Dominion Special Service. CHRISTCHURCH, April 25. The South Canterbury Jockey Club will hold its autumn meeting on the Washdyke racecourse tomorrow. Lhe track is expected to be fairly firm. The principal event, the Timaru Cup, has drawn a good-class field o£ middle-distance horses, and the issue is undoubtedly open. Included are Wardress and Prudent Prince, second and third respectively in the Great Autumn Handicap; KI P? 3 Toast, second in the Great Easter Handicap ; Trench Fight, winner of the Waikouaiti Cup; Not Out, winner of the Banks Peninsula Cup; and Knight Commander, winner of the Oamaru Cup. The win and place system will be in use, and the following horses are likely to be well supported:—
