Cush, are engaged in the [farewell Handicap and Gibson, Carmichael Stakes respectively tomorrow. Acceptances for the Lloyd Stakes, weight-for-age. an':— Mildura, Reading. High Caste, Gold Salute, Zonda, Sun Valley, Lucrative, Tranquil Star. Gold Salute Is an acceptor for the Leonard Stakes and Sun Valley for the Farewell Handicap. Kindergarten Well. At Ellerslie this week Kindergarten (Wiggins) went attractively ovei seven furlongs in 1.29 2-5, running the last six in 1.15, and the last four in 49 4-5. He is in great heart, and should extend his record at the Wellington Racing Club’s autumn meeting next week. Kindergarten and Transmitter are due at Trenthum this morning.
