It is now learned that the British Medical Association has made representations in official quarters on the subject of the war loan liability of professional men serving with the forces at greatly reduced incomes, and that assurance has been given that subscriptions will not be demanded. However, trustees for representatives of the absent men must give a certificate that subscription to the loan will involve hardship.
