Views Of Senators (Received February 23, 11.55 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 23. in a poll conducted in Washington 52 senators declared that they favoured the Lease and Lend Bill, 20 were against ami 21 declined to express an opinion. The majority were divided as follows: 46 Democrats, five Republicans, one independent. Those who declined to give an opinion were: 11 Democrats, 10 Republicans. Against were: Eight Democrats, 11 Republicans. one independent.
