Disobedience Charge By Chungking
( Received February 23, 7 p.m.) CHUNGKING, February 22.
The official news agency said that the Chinese Government is charging the entire Chinese Communist army with disobedience and has appealed to Generals Mao Tse Tung and Chu-teh. the supreme Chinese Communist leaders, tor nil! support.
The Dome! news agency in Tokio says the Japanese South Seas fleet issued a communique stating that the Burma route incompletely cut off where it crosses the Upper Mekong River as i result of the bombing of two bridges at Kungkuo, which have been abandoned, there being no evidence of repairs being undertaken.
