Greek Advance In Coastal Sector i Received February 14. 7 p.m.) LONDON, February 14. A communique issued in Athens yesterday states that the Greeks advanced three miles in the coastal sector in Albania as a result of a bayonet attack after an intense artillery barrage. Important heights were taken and lie,'ivy losses were inflicted on the enemy. In fighting at an altitude of (1000 feet the enemy was dislodged from important positions. Some prisoners and automatic rilles were captured. Greek anti-aircraft guns shot down three Italian planes. The headquarters of the British forces in Greece reports that the town of Tepelene has been successfully attacked by Royal Air Force bombers and also military stores north-west of the town. Bombs were seen to explode among store buildings at Tepelene, on the main road, and between two warehouses.
An Athens communique says good weather assisted the Greek air operations. Tlte Greeks bombed enemy positions behind the lines, inflicting considerable losses. The Italians have lost 23 planes in three days.
