It was announced in Cairo that Sir 11. Maitland Wilson has taken over the command in Cyrenaica as Military Governor and General Officer Com-manding-in-Chief. [Lieutenant-General Sir Henry Maitland Wilson, C. 8., D. 5.0.. has been G.O.C. in Egypt since 1939.]
