Seas (New Zealand waters).— Slight or moderate generally at first but later rising about Cook Strait and south of westport. Eastern Tasman Sea.— Light variable windsand slight seas in northern portion. Moderate“ but freshening northwesterly winds and gradually rising seas m the southern portion. mild to warm. WFII INGTON DISTRICT FORECAST UP TO 0 p.m. TODAY. — Moderate wind freshening during the day. Weather fa.r to hue and mild. Sea moderate but rising in Straits.
