Mr. Willkie Enthusiastic LONDON, January 30. Mr. Wendell Willkie admitted that be was ‘'almost spilling over” as he stood tonight in a London shelter. He declared after a tour of several shelters : ‘‘l never saw such a spirit among a crowd anywhere. It lias been one ot the most stimulating experiences of my life. Your people are just wonderful. The conditions are much better than I expected.”
