Expected Conference In Vichy IMPATIENT GERMANS (Received January 14, 7 p.m. t LONDON, January 13. Tlie "Daily Mail’s” correspondent on the French frontier says that General Weygand, who was placed in charge. of Morocco and French West Africa shortly after the armistice, will shortly fly' to Vichy for urgent talks with Marshal Petain and his advisers. Admiral Darlan and General Huntzinger. The German pressure on the Vichy Government is undoubtedly growing., and the German newspaper “Front” says: “It is time for France to make up her mind. We want to know whether her promise to collaborate was merely the result of her desperate situation or not.”
