Stalin Warns The Soviet

MOSCOW, January 2.

The Secretary-General of the Communist Party, M. Stalin, in a New Year message which was read over the Soviet radio system, declared that the nation must be prepared for every eventuality, and therefore the Soviet was now completely mobilized. “'The'danger from abroad.” he said, "is increasing daily as a result of internal complications. -What the future may bring forth cannot be foreseen.”
