BULGARIAN PREMIER TO VISIT VIENNA
Diplomatic Developments Hinted At LONDON, January A visit to Vienna which the Bulgarian Prime Minister, Professor Filoff. is about to pay has come as a surprise to Balkan observers. It is suggested that on his visit, which is officially said to lie due to health reasons, Professor Filoff will see important German personages and this impression is strengthened by a report that he is being accompanied by the German Minister to Sofia. The fact that an acting-Premier has -been appointed suggests that the visit to Vienna may last some time and it Is reported that the acting-Premier harbours pro-German tendencies. Berlin has lately been hinting at diplomatic developments concerning Bulgaria.
