Proposed New Share Issue (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright.) SYDNEY, January 2. The directors of the Broken Hill Proprietary propose to make a new issue or 2,500.000 shares of £1 each. They will be offered to shareholders on a pro rata basis. The additional capital is stated to be necessary for the establishment of shipbuilding and the manufacture of magnesium, ferro-alloys, and for other projects.
