Next Thursday, in tin - (' I Chamber, tlie popular male choir, tin - Wellington Apollo Singers, will hold their final concert of tlie season. This combination of trained mule voices can always lie .relied upon to provide an interesting and attractive programme, and their tinal concert for Hie 1940 season promises to be one of their best to date. The choir will sing n number of wellknown popular part songs and choruses, including, by special request. "On Wings of Song" ( Mendelssohn I and “Spin. Spin" (Jungst). Assisting artists will lie Miss Jocelyn Walker, tlie well-known Wellington pianist, Mr. J. Pryor (baritone) from Sydney, and Mr. 'l'. Voyee (tenor i. In addition u number of choruses will he given by tlie Wellington Girls’ Choir. The accompanist for tlie choir and soloists wil be Mr. Harold 'Whittle.
