Appointment By Dominion Advocated Dominion Special Service. HAMILTON, August 25. The opinion that New Zealand should send a Minister to represent the Dominion at Washington was expressed by Professor L. M. Lipson, professor of political science at Victoria University College. Wellington, in a lecture in Hamilton. Professor Lipson said he considered Australia had been wise in making such an appointment, and its representative. Mr. R. G. Casey, was doing excellent work.
