Forecast —Winds: Moderate to strong southerly to westerly, gradually decreasing, sieeiallv in the South Island. Seas (New Zealand waters : Rather lough ’ to roll'd) north of Farewell Snit and between East Cape and Dunedin, sli„h 1° r ‘re Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to strong southwesterlv winds and rough seas in the northern portion and light to moderate and rather variable winds in the southern portion.
