Transfer To Germany
Hindered By R.A.F.
LONDON, August 20.
The Minister of Economic Warfare, Dr. Dalton, speaking in the House of Commons, said the R.A.F. was greatly disturbing German attempts to remove from Holland largo quantities of butter, eggs, and vegetables in excess of normal importations. 'The Germans had established a kind of one-way traffic to France by which goods could he removed freely from unoccupied to occupied areas, but there were obstacles in the way ' of movement in the other direction.
