DOUBLE DROWNING FEARED

Two Youths Missing - (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WIIANGAREI,' June 18. A double drowning is believed to have occurred at Waiparera yesterday. Raysay Gordon Steel, aged 18, and Keith Jackson, aged 9, went to Lake Waiparera on bicycles, and when they did not return a .search disclosed the cycles and their sandshoes at the side of the lake a small fl at-bottomed boat was misising. Tho boat was subsequently found in good order on the opposite side of the lake with no sign of the youths.
