Supreme Court Ruling In Canada OTTAWA, May 15. The Ontario Supreme Court has declared Party of Canada to be an illegal organization, and sentenced two men convicted of circulating anti-war pamphlets to imprisonment for three years and two and a half years. The men were also fined 2000 and 1000 dollars respectively. The ruling is considered to be effective throughout. Canada, but it. is not expected that national action will immediately be taken against Communists.
