PRESENTATION TO LADY GALWAY

At the official opening yesterday of the new Wellington Dental Clinic and Dominion Training School for Dental Nurses, a presentation was made to her Excellency Lady Galway on behalf of the Department of Health. The Minister of Health, Mr. Armstrong, handed to. Lady Galway a polished puriri box bearing an inscription and containing several greenstone articles suitable for a writing-desk. He said that the thanks of not only the department but also the people of New Zealand were due to her for the interest she had taken in the clinic and in other enterprises for the well-being of the people of the Dominion. They hoped she would take away with her when she left New Zealand us fond memories of the people of New Zealand as they would have of her.
