REFUGEES FROM HOLLAND AND BELGIUM
(British Oflicial Wireless.) RUGBY, May 12. According to agency messages, the first ship bringing British, French, Dutch, and Belgian people from Holland arrived on Sunday morning. A special train brought them to London. The Brussels radio appealed to owners to hand over their cars to tlie city authorities'for the transport of refugees, who are pouring in from eastern Belgium.
