Germany Prepares For Four Years Of War (From “The Dominion,” April 29, 1915.) Herr von Gottschalk, a German State Chancellor, states that Herr von Betli-nianu-llolliweg, the Imperial Chancellor, has ordered the States to buy four years’ supply of ‘foodstuffs, and' has declared that Germany must be prepared for that period. Herr von Gottschalk is visiting Sweden anti Norway Co organize purchases. « V Madame McUlbn, the famous diva, gave a concert in Melbourne yesterday in aid of the Belgians. The concert netted £6lOO, including £2460 from the sale of flags. __________
