U.S. NEUTRALITY LAW
Credits To Norway Suspended NEW YORK. April 25. President Roosevelt proclaimed that a state of war exists between Norway and Germany ami invoked tiie United States neutrality laws on Norway. The proclamation suspends the 10.060,060 dollar credits to Norway. Technieally they are not. cancelled, but their disbursement; is prevented.
