' NTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that parking of motor-cars will be prohibited in the following streets on account of the parade of the 2nd Echelon:— Wellington Terrace between Bowen Street and Woodward Street, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Waterloo Quay north of Bunny Street, 6 a.m. to 12 noon.
