Big Increases Noted LONDON, April 17. The Associated Press learned from a high-placed official that the Dominions forces are being greatly increased. The Canadian Air Force was recently increased by 14,000 and provision was made for a total of more than 30,000. The personnel of the Royal Australian Navy is at present 1 1,009. The Royal Australian Air Force is preparing to train 2G,000 men. The Soutu African forces of all arms total at present 50,000 men.
