AUTUMN FLOWER SHOW THIS AFTERNOON

The AVellington Horticultural Society’s autumn flower show is expected to attract a large attendance from the growing circle of flower and gardenlovers in tlie Town Hall this afternoon. This season of the year is responsible for some of the most vivid and glowing colours and some lovely blooms will be exhibited, specially dahlias. The decorative work promises to be unusually attractive, and the vegetable and fruit ■section will have a special attraction for the men.

The official opening will take place at 3 p.m. and will be performed by Air. C. E. Critcbley, Trade Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Australia.
