South-Eastern Europe LONDON, March L With the calling up of 200,000 more men. the Rumanian army now totals 1.600,000. This is Rumania’s largest army in history. The galhering of soldiers continues throughout southern and south-eastern Europe. Eleven classes of Turkish artillery non-commissioned officers have been called up for training. Signor Mussolini has incorporated 132 battalions of tlie Black Shirt militia into Hie army.-
