Canada has sent. 550,000,000 dollars' worth, Britain 210,000,000 dollars, New Zealand and Australia 40,000,000 dollars India 30,000,000 dollars, South Africa and others 60,000,000 dollars. Britain has placed an order worth £4,500,000 for planes from the United States. Tlie Lockheed Air Corporation lias announced that tlie order is for 200 bombers of a new type, and spare parts. The machines are faster and larger than those previously bougtt by tlie British Government from the Lockheed Corporation.
