MASS ARRESTS MADE
Directed Against Leaders

Rome radio states that the Ogpu have discovered a vast conspiracy against M. Stalin, M. Molotov (Prime Minister), and Marshal Voroshilov (War Commissar).
Mass arrests have been made throughout the Ukraine, and 150 officers and high officials have been arrested at Kiev.
