Neutral Conference Urged (Received January 26. 8.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON. January 25. A conference of .11 of the largest feminist, organizations in the United States, representing 5.000.000 women, lias appealed to the Government to initiate a conference of the neutral countries to offer terms for a negotiated peace.
