Sir,—lf boats ami canoes had to get the O.K. before people and fools were allowed to use them there would be fewer coffins ailoat. AH beaches have them and parents make them for their children. I have seen a lot of them. Dogs are another danger on beaches; I hey put filth on the sand. Kiddies play with the sand and the next thing they put their fingers in their mouths.
