BIRTH OF QUADRUPLETS
> JASPAR (Alabama), January .16. Quadruplets —three girls and a boy, varying in weight between 46 and 52J ounces, were born to Mrs. Clyde Short, the wife of a coal-miner, .they were delivered by a 65-year-ol.d doctor who has had 36 years' practice and has aided the birth of 30(10 babies, including 50 sets of twins. The quadruplets are believed to have an excellent chance of surviving.
