LONDON, January 13.

Mr. T. L. Horabin, M.P. (Liberal), declared' at Launceston (Cornwall) that be trembled to think what would happen if Mr. Chamberlain, Sir Horace Wilson (industrial advisor to the Government) and the "brass hats” ran the way among them. He added that if the war was to be won Mr. Chamberlain must go. He alleged misleading propaganda from the .Ministry of Information and denied that time was on Britain’s side.
